Service Description

ReviewTrustee is a platform that automates the process of collecting, monitoring, and responding to Google reviews for

local businesses using tools like SMS, email, AI, and Google API integrations.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a legal representative of the business you register.

Free Trial & Billing

- We offer a 14-day free trial on all plans.

- After the trial, you will be automatically billed based on the selected plan unless you cancel.

- No refunds are issued after the billing period begins.

- Payments are securely processed via Stripe.

Plan Options

- Spark Reviews: $97/month

- Boost Reviews: $197/month

- Master Reviews: $297/month

These plans may include review automation, customer filtering, QR tools, analytics, and AI response automation.

Cancellations

You may cancel at any time directly through your dashboard. Your subscription will remain active through the end of the

billing period.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

- Keeping your login credentials secure

- Ensuring your use complies with Google's policies and local marketing laws

- Not using our platform for spam, fake reviews, or illegal activity

Data Usage and Privacy

By using our platform, you agree to our Privacy Policy, including the storage and use of your customers' contact data to

send review requests.

Intellectual Property

All branding, technology, designs, and platform features belong to ReviewTrustee and may not be copied or resold

without written permission.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or incidental damages related to your use of the platform, including lost business

opportunities or inaccurate reviews.

Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. You will be notified of major changes via email or dashboard
